Answers about GPL Feast plans, daily downloads, updates, the GPL Feast Updater, licences and your account.

Getting started

What is GPL Feast?

GPL Feast is a store of premium WordPress plugins, themes and Elementor template kits. The plugins and themes are shared under the GPL. One membership gives you the whole catalogue, new versions every day and automatic updates on unlimited websites. You can also buy a single product on its own.

Look around on Browse, or compare the plans.

What do I get with a membership?

Every plan includes the whole catalogue, unlimited websites, new versions every day, automatic updates through the GPL Feast Updater and help with installing and updating. The plans differ in price and in how many products you can download each day.

How do I start?

Choose a plan on the pricing page, or buy a single product from its page. Once you have paid, every product page you can download shows a Download button, and your account shows your plan, your downloads and your API key.

Plans and billing

What is the difference between the plans?

Every plan includes the whole catalogue, unlimited websites and automatic updates. They differ in price and in daily downloads:

  • Monthly: $14 a month, 20 downloads a day
  • Yearly: $127 a year, 30 downloads a day
  • Lifetime: $359 once, 20 downloads a day

Prices are in US dollars. Compare the plans.

Can I buy a single product instead of a membership?

Yes. Every product can be bought on its own at the price on its page. A one-time purchase gives you its downloads and updates for 365 days; a product sold as a yearly subscription gives them for as long as the subscription is active. Products you bought are listed under Downloads in your account.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards through Stripe, and PayPal. Prices are in US dollars. Your card details go straight to Stripe or PayPal; GPL Feast never sees or keeps your card number. Purchases are not available from a few countries; the checkout says so.

Do plans renew automatically? How do I cancel?

Monthly and Yearly renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; Lifetime is paid once. Cancel any time under Subscriptions in your account: no further payment is taken, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, upwards, from your account: Monthly to Yearly or Lifetime, and Yearly to Lifetime. Moving up is prorated: you pay the new price less the unused part of your current plan, and Lifetime ends the running plan so it never renews. Plans do not move down.

What is your refund policy?

Files can be downloaded straight away, so a refund is possible only within 14 days of a payment and only if nothing was downloaded with it. Renewal payments are final: cancel before the renewal date if you do not want the next period. If a product does not work, tell us first and we will help. Read the full refund policy.

What happens when my plan or purchase ends?

Everything you installed keeps working. You just cannot download files or get updates, on the website or through the Updater, until you buy again.

Downloads

How do I download a product?

Log in and open the product page: with a plan, or after buying that product, it shows a Download button. Downloads in your account lists what you can download, and Download history lists everything you downloaded.

How many products can I download a day?

Monthly members can download 20 different products a day, Yearly members 30 and Lifetime members 20. Downloading the same product again on the same day is free, and so are older versions and updates of the GPL Feast Updater itself.

Updates through the Updater count like downloads from the website: both share one daily count, which starts again at 00:00 UTC. The bar at the top of the site shows how many you have left today.

How many websites can I use the products on?

As many as you like, yours and your clients’. There is no licence per site to buy. Your account is personal, though: sharing it or passing downloads on to other people is not allowed (see the terms).

Can I download an older version?

Yes. Members can download the older versions listed on a product’s page, and buyers can download older versions of the product they bought. Older versions do not use a daily download. Template kits have no older versions. The GPL Feast Updater also keeps a backup before each update, so you can roll a product back in one click.

How do I import a template kit?

A template kit is a ZIP file of ready-made Elementor designs. Import it with the free Template Kit Import plugin:

  1. Check that Elementor is installed and active. If the kit needs Elementor Pro, install and activate it too.
  2. In your dashboard, go to Plugins, Add New Plugin, search for Template Kit Import, then install and activate it.
  3. Go to Tools, Template Kit, and upload the kit’s ZIP file as you downloaded it. Do not unzip it.
  4. If the kit lists plugins it needs, click Install Requirements.
  5. Import the Global Kit Styles first, then each template you want, one at a time.
  6. Open a page with Elementor and add the template from My Templates in the template library.
Why can’t I download a product?

The usual reasons: you are not logged in; your plan has ended, for example when a renewal stayed unpaid after the payment retries; you have used today’s downloads; or the product is not part of your purchase. The page says which one. Check your plan under Subscriptions, and contact us if everything looks right.

Updates and the Updater

How quickly are products updated?

New versions arrive every day, usually within hours of their release. Just updated lists the latest ones, and each product page shows its version and when it was last updated.

How does the GPL Feast Updater work?

The GPL Feast Updater is a free plugin that brings updates of the products you have from GPL Feast into the normal WordPress Updates screen. With it you can update automatically on a schedule with email reports, choose which products get updates, roll back to the previous version in one click, rebrand it for your clients and set it up once for a whole multisite network.

Where do I find my API key?

Log in and open Updater in your account to copy your key. In WordPress, open GPL Feast Updater › Dashboard, paste the key and activate it. Treat the key like a password: anyone who has it can use your daily downloads.

Where do I see the websites that use my key?

Under Domain management in your account, where you can also remove or block a website. A new key stops every website until you paste the new one into it.

A product looks out of date. What can I do?

Tell us through the contact form, with the product’s link and the version you expected. We check it and bring it up to date.

Why was a product removed or no longer updated?

A product leaves the store or stops getting updates when its developer stops selling it, or after a trademark or copyright notice. Anything you already installed keeps working.

Licences and activation

A plugin asks for a licence key. What should I do?

Usually nothing. Developers ask for a key so they can deliver their own updates, support or cloud features. The product works without it, and the GPL Feast Updater brings its updates.

Why don’t some features work, like AI credits or template libraries?

Some features run on the developer’s own servers and need their licence: AI credits, cloud template libraries, premium demo imports and add-on stores, for example. GPL Feast cannot provide those. The rest of the product works on your site as usual.

How can I hide licence reminders in my dashboard?

Use a free notice-hiding plugin from WordPress.org, such as Disable Admin Notices. It hides licence and upgrade reminders without changing the product.

Do I get the developer’s support?

No. GPL Feast is not affiliated with the developers, so their support, licence keys and online services are not included. For those, buy from the developer directly.

Account and support

What does support cover?

We help with your account, billing, downloads, updates and the GPL Feast Updater, and with installing the products. We cannot give developer-level help with how a plugin or theme works, or customise one; for that, use the developer’s documentation, the WordPress forums or a freelancer.

How do I contact support?

Write to us through the contact form, or email [email protected]. We answer Monday to Saturday, 12:30 AM to 3:30 PM GMT.

Can I share my account or resell the products?

No. Your account is personal. Sharing your login, passing downloads on to other people, reselling products or supplying other stores all break the terms, and such an account is closed without a refund. Using the products on your own and your clients’ websites is fine.

How do I change my email address or password?

Log in and open Security in your account.

How do I delete my account?

Write to us through the contact form and give the email address of the account. Before we delete anything we confirm the request by email with that address; then we delete the account and tell you what we must keep for tax records (see the privacy policy).
