Before you pick a plan
Can I change my plan?
Yes, upwards, from My account: Monthly to Yearly or Lifetime, and Yearly to Lifetime. Moving up is prorated: Yearly costs its price less the unused part of your month, and Lifetime its price less the unused part of your plan. Lifetime ends the running plan straight away, so it never renews. Plans do not move down.
Do plans renew automatically? How do I cancel?
Monthly and Yearly renew automatically at the end of each period. Lifetime is a single payment. We email you 7 days before a yearly renewal.
Cancel anytime from My account. Cancelling stops future payments. Everything you installed keeps working.
Can I buy a single product instead of a membership?
Yes. Every product can be bought on its own at the price on its product page. You get that product's downloads and updates for one year. Products you bought individually are listed in My account.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
We try again after 12 hours, then after 1, 3 and 5 days, and each email includes a link to pay with another card or PayPal. If the last try fails, the plan ends the following day. You can join again at any time.
What is your refund policy?
Files can be downloaded instantly, so we cannot refund a purchase because you changed your mind. A membership cannot be refunded once any product has been downloaded, and renewal payments are final.
If a product has a technical problem, contact support first. A refund request must reach us within 14 days of purchase and include the error messages, screenshots and steps we need to reproduce the problem. See the full Refund policy.
What happens when my plan or purchase ends?
Everything you installed keeps working. You can no longer download files or receive updates, from the website or through the Updater, until you renew or buy again.
