What it does
The default Gravity Forms entry screen works for a handful of submissions, but it gets tiring once a form collects many fields or a long list of entries. You end up clicking into individual entries to check or change data. This add-on, which works alongside Admin Columns Pro, lets you decide which fields appear as columns, arrange them with drag and drop, and handle edits and lookups from the overview table itself.
It supports the standard Gravity Forms field types, so any entry data can be shown as a column. You can filter across several fields at once, save filters you use often, and set defaults so the table opens already narrowed down. Multiple column sets let you keep separate layouts for different tasks or team roles, and filtered, sorted results can be exported to CSV for reports or moving data elsewhere.
