Can I add separate tracking numbers for different items in one order?
Yes. Tracking can be added per order or per item. If an order ships in more than one package, you can assign tracking to specific items, and the order can move to a Partially Shipped status until everything has gone out.
What if my carrier is not in the built-in list?
The plugin auto-detects carriers from over 700 providers, and you can also add custom shipping providers. That covers local couriers or smaller carriers that are not part of the default list.
Do customers get notified when their order ships?
