What it does
Keeping track of customer birthdays by hand is tedious, and most stores simply skip it. This add-on handles the whole process for you. It adds a birthday field to your WooCommerce checkout so customers can share their birth date, and you can choose whether to collect the year of birth as well. Once the dates are stored, the plugin works within the AutomateWoo marketing automation framework to send each customer a birthday message at the time you choose.
You decide when the email goes out: on the birthday itself, a few days before, or after. Each message can be customized to match your brand, with images, GIFs and the customer's name, and you can attach an exclusive WooCommerce coupon or special offer. The plugin includes features that support GDPR guidelines for handling customer data, works with WooCommerce high performance order storage (HPOS) and the block based cart and checkout pages, and offers a bulk action on the Users screen to repair birthday formats.
