What it does
Word of mouth works best when people have a reason to speak up. This plugin gives WooCommerce shoppers that reason by rewarding them with discount coupons when they refer friends to your store. New visitors who sign up can receive their own discount, so both sides get something out of the referral. You set the coupon offers, control how they can be redeemed and decide how the coupons look, where they appear and what message they carry.
Tracking runs on both ends. Customers see their rewards in a personal dashboard, and admins can generate reports, export data and catch fraud by matching existing and new email addresses. Referrals can be shared by SMS through Twilio, and referral coupon data can sync with Zoho CRM or Salesforce. A REST API exposes referral data to outside apps. The plugin also works with WooCommerce Points and Rewards and lets customers apply earned coupons to WooCommerce Subscriptions renewals.
