What it does
Divi sites can carry a lot of weight: many stylesheets and scripts, large images, embedded videos and a database that fills up with old revisions over time. Each of these adds to how long a page takes to appear. This plugin gathers the usual fixes in one place so you can work through them without juggling several separate tools or editing files by hand.
It caches static content to lighten server load on repeat visits, minifies and combines CSS and JavaScript to cut down on HTTP requests, and defers images, background images and videos until they are needed. Settings for browser caching through .htaccess sit in their own tab with descriptions for each control. It is made by Divi Engine and is designed to work alongside their other Divi products.
