What it does
The default LearnDash enrollment flow works for many sites, but course creators often need to collect more information at sign-up or control exactly how people join a course. This integration lets you design the registration form yourself in the Gravity Forms drag and drop builder, asking for whatever details your enrollment process requires. When a learner submits the form, a user account is created and they are enrolled in one or more LearnDash courses you choose, so sign-up and access happen in a single step.
For paid courses, you can set prices and accept payments through the payment gateway add-ons that Gravity Forms supports. The plugin also works with the Closed course price type in LearnDash, which hides the default Take this Course button so enrollments come only through your forms or manual assignment. You can point the course page button to a custom registration form or landing page instead. It is designed to work alongside LearnDash LMS and the Gravity Forms User Registration Add-on, with simple settings for non-technical users and room for developers to customize.
