What it does
Running a course site gets harder once learners arrive in groups. A corporate training team, a school cohort or a community class each needs its own access rules and its own view of progress, and handling that one learner at a time takes a lot of work. This add-on gives LearnDash a group layer, so you can organize learners into groups, set what each group can open and see how the group is doing as a whole and person by person.
The plugin is built specifically for LearnDash LMS and works inside your existing setup. You create and manage multiple groups, assign group leaders who can watch progress and course activity, and set course access at the group level. Lesson override lets you adjust lesson access for a particular group, and group quizzes let you assess a group directly. Reports then show progress for the group and for each learner, which helps instructors and leaders decide what to change in a course.

Does this work without LearnDash?
No. It is an add-on designed specifically for LearnDash LMS, so it extends a site that already runs LearnDash. It adds group management, reporting, quizzes and access tools on top of the courses you build there.
Can different groups see different lessons in the same course?
Yes. The lesson override feature lets you customize lesson access per group, and access control can also be set at the group level. That way each group can follow its own learning path based on its needs and proficiency.
