What it does
Core LearnDash gives you courses and quizzes, but keeping track of how learners are doing across many classes can get messy. This add-on pulls that information together. You get dashboards that show learner activity and course progress in real time, plus filters for course, learner status, quiz performance and groups. From a summary view you can drill down into a single user, course or quiz to see what is happening in detail.
It fits course creators, site administrators and group leaders who need to watch progress and act on it. Group leaders can be given access limited to their assigned groups, which helps when several people manage different cohorts. Quiz reports help you spot knowledge gaps, activity timelines show how individual learners engage, and you can send emails to learners straight from the dashboard or export reports as CSV files to share with others.

Does this work without LearnDash?
No. It is built specifically as an add-on for LearnDash LMS and extends its reporting beyond the core features. You need a LearnDash site with courses, quizzes and learners for the dashboards and reports to have data to show.
Can group leaders see reports for their own groups?
Yes. You can give group leaders controlled access to report data for the groups assigned to them. This lets them monitor and manage their own learners while keeping other groups' data out of their view.
