What it does
Many shoppers would rather type a phone number than remember another username and password. This plugin replaces the usual WooCommerce login with mobile number authentication. New customers register with their phone number, existing customers can link a number to their current account, and everyone confirms their identity with an OTP code. That verification step works as two-factor authentication, which helps protect the store from brute force login attempts and spam registrations.
You choose how the system sends codes, with Firebase, Twilio and MSG91 available as SMS gateways. You can hide the default WooCommerce login form, require customers to log in before checkout, and limit login to specific countries. Guest shoppers can be verified through an OTP sent to their billing phone, email or both. The login button's color and text can be changed to match your theme, and the plugin works with the Checkout block, High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and WordPress Multisite.
