What it does
Keeping security settings consistent across a dozen or a hundred WordPress sites gets tedious when you have to log into each one. This extension moves that work into your MainWP Dashboard. It talks to the iThemes Security plugin installed on each Child site, so you can adjust settings, schedule malware scans and check security status without visiting every admin area separately. It requires the MainWP Dashboard to work.
You can apply a security policy to your whole network at once, or change settings for a single site that needs something different. The extension covers brute force protection, strong password enforcement, malware scanning, file change detection, database backups and admin user management. It also lets you activate, update or deactivate iThemes Security across managed sites. It works with the features in the free iThemes Security plugin, which makes it a practical fit for freelancers and agencies looking after client sites.
