What it does
Running a marketplace on WordPress usually means juggling many sellers, their listings and the money that flows between them. This plugin handles that on top of WooCommerce, which it requires. Multiple sellers can sign up, open their own stores within your site and list products through a dashboard where they add, edit and organize items. Buyers get one place to browse everything, with search and filtering tools to narrow down what they want.
As the site owner, you set commission structures to fit your business model and use admin controls to moderate vendors, approve products and manage transactions. Sellers can see reports on sales, inventory and customer engagement, and buyers and sellers can message each other directly. The marketplace layout is mobile responsive, so it works on phones and tablets as well as desktops. It suits anyone building a peer-to-peer or multi-seller shop on an existing WooCommerce setup.
Best for
- WooCommerce store owners opening their shop to outside sellers
- Entrepreneurs building peer-to-peer or classifieds-style marketplaces
- Agencies creating multi-vendor shops for clients
