What it does
Many stores can't ship every order the moment it comes in. Bakeries, florists, meal services and shops with production time need to know when a customer actually wants an order to arrive. This plugin adds a date and time picker to checkout so customers choose a delivery window, and you dispatch orders when it suits them. It requires WooCommerce and fits into the existing checkout, with a date picker that adapts to different checkout templates.
On the store side, you set the rules that keep scheduling realistic. Minimum lead times stop customers from picking dates you can't meet, and delivery ranges can differ by shipping method, such as Urgent (24h) or Economic (2-3 days). You can cap deliveries per day or time slot, block holidays and other dates, restrict options by country or region, and charge extra for certain dates or slots. Orders can be sorted by expected delivery date, and delivery details appear in order emails.
Best for
- Florists, bakeries and food shops with scheduled deliveries
- WooCommerce stores that need production lead time
- Subscription stores shipping recurring orders on set dates
Features
Customers select their preferred delivery date and time slot during checkout, so you know exactly when each order should arrive.
Split each delivery day into time frames, such as 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, to offer narrower and more predictable delivery windows.
Define different delivery periods for each shipping method, for example Urgent (24h) or Economic (2-3 days), so expectations match the option chosen.
Set a maximum number of deliveries per day or per time frame so your team never takes on more orders than it can handle.
Add an additional charge when customers select specific delivery dates or time slots, such as a preferred morning window or a busy day.
Block deliveries on local holidays or specific dates, and disable delivery options for chosen countries or regions based on the customer's location.
Set minimum production days so the date picker only offers dates you can realistically fulfill and ship on time.
Delivery dates for WooCommerce Subscriptions renewals are calculated automatically, and delivery details are included in order confirmation emails.

Questions about Order Delivery for WooCommerce
Can I offer different delivery times for different shipping methods?
Yes. You can define delivery ranges per shipping method, so a fast option like Urgent (24h) and a slower one like Economic (2-3 days) each show realistic dates to the customer at checkout.
Is there a way to stop too many orders landing on the same day?
Yes. You can set a maximum number of deliveries for each day or for each time slot. Once a limit is reached, that option is no longer available, which helps you keep fulfillment manageable.
Does it work with WooCommerce Subscriptions?
It does. The plugin integrates with WooCommerce Subscriptions and automatically calculates and updates delivery dates for subscription renewals, which makes recurring deliveries easier to track and plan.
Can I block deliveries on holidays or to certain regions?
Yes. You can exclude local holidays, special events or any specific dates from the picker, and you can disable delivery options for selected countries or regions based on where the customer is located.
Is Order Delivery for WooCommerce free?
The code of Order Delivery for WooCommerce is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.

Version 4.2.2, released Aug 17, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
