What it does
Unpaid and canceled orders tend to sit in a store's order list until someone remembers to chase them. This plugin handles that follow-up for you. You choose the exact days after an order is placed when each reminder goes out, set a cap on how many reminders a customer receives, and let the schedule run. Reminders can be switched on or off at any time from the settings, so you stay in control of what customers receive.
Beyond payment reminders, the plugin covers two other moments in the order cycle. It can invite customers to leave a product review after their purchase, and it can email customers who canceled an order, optionally with a discount coupon. Coupons can also be tied to specific payment methods. Every email template is editable, and pending and canceled orders can be managed from the plugin's own interface. It requires WooCommerce.
