Selling PDFs means handing customers a file that is easy to pass around. This extension for WooCommerce adds a watermark to each PDF when a customer downloads it. Text watermarks can include buyer-specific details through template tags, such as the order date, so every copy can be traced back to a purchase. Image watermarks let you place a logo or other branding graphic on the pages, with control over opacity, alignment and placement.
You can set watermarks once for the whole store or adjust them for individual products and even product variations. Text and image watermarks have independent controls for position, opacity, size and offsets, and you choose whether marks appear on the first page, the last page or the entire document. Extra protections include password protection, flattening text and images to make extraction harder, and blocking printing or modification.
