What it does
Many shops want a reason for customers to come back after their first order. This plugin adds a points-based loyalty program to an existing WooCommerce store. You decide how many points customers earn per dollar spent, and you can set that rate for the whole store, for a product category or for a single product. That lets you give extra points on items you want to promote. Points can also be awarded for actions beyond buying, such as creating an account or leaving a product review.
On the redemption side, customers turn their points into a discount during checkout. You control the conversion rate and can cap the maximum discount so margins stay in check. Earned points appear on product and cart pages, and each customer can see their balance and full history in their account. Store owners can adjust balances by hand, with a log of every change. The plugin works with the cart and checkout blocks and with high-performance order storage.
