What it does
By default, most popups close the moment a visitor clicks the X or taps outside the box. That works for many messages, but sometimes you want a visitor to finish a signup form, register, or watch a video before moving on. This extension adds closing rules to the popups you build with Popup Builder, so you decide whether a popup can be dismissed at all and what it takes to dismiss it.
The settings sit in a control panel and need no coding, so non-technical users can adjust closing behavior on their own. You can stop overlay clicks from closing a popup, remove every manual closing option, or set a timer that closes the popup after a chosen number of seconds. It suits newsletter signups, registration prompts, promotions, product launches, announcements and timed video popups.
