What it does
The default WooCommerce review form collects a star rating and a block of text, which often leaves shoppers guessing about fit, comfort or real-world performance. This plugin turns that form into a fuller feedback area. Customers can attach photos and videos, answer review qualifiers you define as dropdown questions, and post standalone questions or media with comments. The result is a product page where buyers can see how an item looks and works for other people, in a format similar to what large retail sites offer.
On the management side, reviews get their own dedicated screen for moderation and replies. Shoppers can flag inappropriate content, upvote or downvote reviews, and update their existing review instead of posting a duplicate. You can hold reviews back until a product reaches a display threshold, mark staff replies with official badges and output JSON-LD structured data. Stores running Product Vendors can let vendors handle flags and approvals for their own products. WooCommerce is required.
