Many business buyers can't pay by card at checkout. Their companies issue purchase orders through an internal purchasing system, and they need to reference that number when they place an order. This plugin adds purchase orders as a payment method in WooCommerce, giving those customers a way to order from your store that matches how their company buys. It needs WooCommerce to run and fits into the standard WooCommerce order workflow.
At checkout, customers see a dedicated field where they enter their purchase order number, along with instructions you can customize. Once the order is placed, it goes on hold automatically so you can review it and complete it manually. The purchase order number appears in the order details and on invoices, which keeps records easy to match up. Subscription products are supported through WooCommerce Subscriptions when manual renewals are turned on, and the plugin supports High Performance Order Storage.
