What it does
Many stores take orders outside the website: a regular calls in, someone emails a request, or a buyer walks up at a market stall. Entering those orders by hand in the admin area can be slow and error-prone. This plugin lets you step into a customer's account and shop the store as they would, so the order lands in their history with their details. It also helps when you want to see the storefront exactly as a shopper does while testing or troubleshooting.
Switching works with one click, moving you between admin mode and the customer's front-end view. A search tool finds customers by name, email, company name, address or phone number. You can record orders with offline payment methods, send invoices from the thank-you page and review exportable customer login logs. Settings let you remove shipping for in-person sales and stop automatic order emails for offline payments placed during a switch. It requires WooCommerce and supports multisite, HPOS and WPML.
