This plugin replaces that exchange with a request form in the WooCommerce My Account area. Customers pick the order and ask for a full or partial refund without contacting the store first. For digital products and payment gateways that support instant refunds, the money goes back right away once the request is made, so no one has to step in.

Physical goods and gateways without instant refunds follow a manual path. Requests appear in WooCommerce with the order and pricing details beside them, and you can approve, reject or partially refund each one. Order statuses change on their own, first to refund-requested and then to refunded, and email notifications keep both you and the customer informed. Refunds can be paid as cash, or as store credit when the plugin is paired with the Smart Coupons plugin. It works with digital, subscription and physical products, and it requires WooCommerce.
