What it does
Refunds send money out of your shop, and many store owners would rather give customers a balance to spend later. This plugin handles that by creating store credit coupons that work inside the normal WooCommerce checkout. A customer can redeem a coupon across several orders until the credit runs out or the coupon expires, and it can cover part of an order or all of it. If the order costs more than the remaining balance, the customer pays the rest with another payment method.
You decide how each credit behaves. Credits can be limited to specific products or categories, applied to shipping costs, and set to apply before or after tax. You can also choose whether a coupon works alone or alongside other coupons. Coupons are emailed to customers with formats and messages you can customize, and customer emails are matched without case sensitivity, so credit shows up however the address was typed. It requires WooCommerce and is built on its high-performance order storage.
