What it does
Store owners often need a simple way to tell shoppers about a sale, a new product or a shipping notice without redesigning their pages. This plugin handles that by placing a message bar at the top or bottom of the site. You can create several bars and target them to specific products, categories or pages, so a promotion for one product line only appears where it makes sense. Bars can show on product pages, category pages, the home page, blog posts, the cart and checkout.
Each bar is built with a WYSIWYG editor, so you can write and style content without code. You choose fonts, text size, colors and backgrounds, and you can add your own images. Sticky positioning keeps a bar visible while visitors scroll, and two countdown timers help with time-limited offers. Call-to-action buttons get their own text, colors and links. Yes. You can create multiple notification bars and target each one to specific products, categories or pages. Bars can appear on product pages, category pages, the home page, blog posts, the cart and checkout, and several bars can be displayed one after another.
Will the bar stay visible when customers scroll down the page?
It can. Each bar can use sticky positioning, which keeps it on screen as visitors scroll. If you would rather the bar stay in one spot, you can choose fixed positioning instead, and you can place bars at the top or bottom of the site.
