- ImprovedRefine formatting of exported transaction data
What it does
Stores that use the Authorize.Net payment gateway often need transaction records for accounting, auditing or reconciliation. Getting them usually means logging into the Authorize.Net account and pulling reports by hand. This extension handles that routine work. Each day it emails a CSV file covering the previous day's transactions to the addresses you choose, so you can keep an eye on payment activity without signing in to Authorize.Net or WooCommerce.
Setup asks for your Authorize.Net API credentials and the email addresses that should receive reports. If you already use an Authorize.Net gateway on your store, those fields are filled in for you. When you need records for a specific period, open WooCommerce Reports, choose Authorize.Net and export a CSV for any date range. The plugin requires WooCommerce and works with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
Best for
- WooCommerce stores accepting payments through Authorize.Net
- Store owners who reconcile payments in spreadsheets
- Accountants and bookkeepers managing WooCommerce client stores
Features
Every day the plugin emails a CSV file of the previous day's Authorize.Net transactions, so you can follow sales without logging into either system.
Generate a CSV transaction report for any date range you pick, which helps with quick audits or reviews of a particular period.
Exports live under WooCommerce Reports > Authorize.Net, so transaction data is available in the same dashboard where you manage orders.
Add a list of email addresses to send the daily report to team members, bookkeepers or other people who track payment activity.
Enter your Authorize.Net API credentials and recipient addresses. If an Authorize.Net gateway is already configured, the credential fields come pre-populated.
Each CSV file contains the payment details you need for record keeping and reconciliation, in a format that opens in any spreadsheet tool.
The extension works with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage, so it fits stores that have switched to the newer order storage system.
