Stores that already process payments with BluePay need a way to bring that account into WooCommerce checkout. This gateway does that job. It requires WooCommerce and adds BluePay as a payment method, so shoppers can pay by credit card, ACH transfer or eCheck without leaving your store. Transactions run on BluePay's PCI-compliant infrastructure and use its fraud detection tools, which keeps sensitive card handling with the processor instead of your own server.
The gateway also covers ongoing billing. Tokenization stores a payment reference for returning customers, and automated recurring billing suits subscription services and repeat orders. Refunds can be issued through the gateway, multiple currencies are supported for international buyers, and transaction reports appear inside WooCommerce so you can track payments in one place. Note that WooCommerce has since retired this extension, so it fits best on stores that already rely on a BluePay merchant account.
