Store owners often need their order and customer data outside WooCommerce, for a CRM, a fulfillment partner, accounting or reporting. Copying that data by hand is slow and invites mistakes. This plugin handles the extraction for you. It requires WooCommerce and pulls customers, orders and coupons into CSV or XML files, with filters for things like customer registration date or order status so you get only the records you need.
Exports run in the background, so you can keep working while large batches are processed. You can build custom export formats that include custom fields and meta data, which helps when a partner or system expects a specific file layout. Scheduled exports can be delivered by email, FTP or HTTP POST, and exports can also fire right after an order is paid. Exported records can be marked so recurring exports skip them, and finished files stay in an export list for 14 days.
