What it does
Store owners often need to send the same documents again and again: terms and conditions with every order, a manual with a product, or a flyer for a promotion. Doing that by hand takes time and is easy to forget. This plugin attaches files of any type to WooCommerce emails automatically, so customers get the right documents with their order confirmations and other transactional messages. It works with the core WooCommerce emails and with emails created by extensions such as subscriptions and bookings.
Attachments are uploaded and managed through the standard WordPress media uploader, with filtering in the media modal to find existing or new files quickly. You can reorder files by drag and drop, add a headline and footer text that tells recipients about the attachments, and send copies to colleagues through CC and BCC. Stores running WPML can set language-specific attachments and notification text. The upload directory can be changed at any time, with files moved automatically, and uninstalling can remove all plugin data unless you choose to keep it.
Best for
- WooCommerce stores that send invoices or terms with orders
- Multilingual shops running WPML
- Stores using subscriptions or bookings extensions

Questions about WooCommerce Email Attachments
Which emails can I add attachments to?
You can add attachments to the core WooCommerce emails and to emails generated by extensions such as subscriptions and bookings. That covers the transactional messages most stores send, like order confirmations, and lets you choose which documents go with which email.
Are there limits on file types or the number of files?
The plugin lets you add unlimited attachments of any file type. You manage them through the WordPress media uploader and can set their order with drag and drop, so several documents can travel with one email.
Can I send different files to customers in different languages?
Yes, if your store uses WPML. The plugin supports language-specific attachments and notification texts, so a customer receives documents and attachment notices that match the language they shop in.
What happens to my files if I remove the plugin?
By default, the uninstall process removes all plugin data and files, which keeps your site tidy. If you would rather keep them, you can choose to preserve the data instead.
Is WooCommerce Email Attachments free?
The code of WooCommerce Email Attachments is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of WooCommerce Email Attachments is this?
Version 3.2.4, released Apr 6, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update WooCommerce Email Attachments?
