What it does
Writing invoices by hand for each order takes time and invites mistakes, especially as order volume grows. This plugin handles that job inside WooCommerce. When an order is completed, it generates a PDF invoice and attaches it to the completed order email, so the customer gets a billing record along with their confirmation. Invoices use sequential numbering, which keeps your records in order without any manual counting.
You control how the invoice looks. The template accepts your company logo, your own date and invoice number formats, and legal company details such as tax numbers and registration info. Developers can add or remove invoice columns through filters. On the admin side, invoices can be downloaded or resent from the order list, an invoice info meta box sits on the order edit screen, and admins can receive invoice PDFs with new order notifications. Customers can log in and download earlier invoices whenever they need them.
