What it does
Shipping physical products means paperwork: an invoice for the customer, a packing list for the box and often a list for whoever pulls items off the shelves. This plugin produces all three from the orders you already have in WooCommerce. You can print documents for a single order or select many orders in the orders list and print or email them together. Packing and pick lists sort items by product category, and pick lists can combine several orders so staff can gather everything in one pass.
You control what each document shows, including order details, company information and store policies. Colors, font sizes and layout are adjusted in the WordPress Customizer with a live preview, so no code is needed. Invoices can be emailed automatically once an order is paid, and new packing lists can be sent to shop admins when orders come in. Numbering can follow sequential invoice numbers or WooCommerce order numbers, and the Sequential Order Numbers Pro extension is supported. WooCommerce is required.
