What it does
Many shoppers buy a product and never come back to say what they thought of it. That leaves product pages with few reviews, which makes it harder for new visitors to judge what they are buying. This plugin gives customers a reason to write that review. When a shopper submits a review, the plugin automatically sends them a discount coupon they can use on a later order, so asking for feedback becomes part of your store's normal routine.
You decide what the reward looks like. Discounts can be a fixed amount or a percentage, and eligibility rules let you limit who qualifies based on purchase history, product categories or customer roles. Review verification checks that a real product review was submitted before a coupon goes out. Reviews and coupon distribution are tracked from an admin dashboard, and the plugin works with your existing WooCommerce store settings, so it requires WooCommerce to run.
Best for
- WooCommerce stores with few product reviews
- Shop owners who want to reward customer feedback
- Stores using coupons to encourage repeat orders
