US export rules require merchants to avoid selling to restricted parties and destinations named on lists kept by the Department of Commerce, the Department of the Treasury and the Department of State. Those lists hold nearly 30,000 entries, so checking every order by hand takes a lot of time and is easy to get wrong. This plugin takes over that routine check and runs it automatically on each order your store receives.
It works inside the normal WooCommerce order flow, so it requires WooCommerce and fits into the process you already use. When customer details match an entry on a screening list, the order is set to on hold for manual verification, while orders with no match continue as usual. The screening data is refreshed daily from the official US sources, which keeps your checks running against current list entries.
