What it does

Shoppers often want to know when a parcel will show up so they or someone they trust can be home to receive it. This plugin answers that question on the page itself. You set a minimum and maximum number of delivery days, and the plugin turns those into actual dates, leaving out weekends, holidays, vacation breaks and other days you mark as unavailable. You can show the earliest date, the latest date or a range, and you can add an extra day for orders placed after a cutoff time.

Rules work at two levels. Global settings cover the whole store, and individual products can override them with their own delivery times. Estimates adjust to the shipping method, zone and customer address, and the cart page can show a combined estimate for all items. Date formats can follow local languages, messages are editable, and the [wpced] shortcode lets you place the estimate where you want it. It requires WooCommerce and works with the WPC Fly Cart popup.

Best for

  • WooCommerce stores shipping physical products
  • Shops closing for holidays or seasonal breaks
  • Stores selling across multiple shipping zones

Features

Minimum and maximum delivery days

Set a delivery time range in days so each product shows a realistic window between the earliest and latest expected arrival dates.

Flexible date display

Choose to show the earliest date, the latest date or a full date range, depending on how you prefer to talk to customers.

Skipped non-delivery days

Exclude weekends, holidays, vacation periods and store closures, including recurring or one-off dates, so estimates count only real delivery days.

Cutoff time processing

Add an extra shipping day automatically when an order is placed after a cutoff time you specify, reflecting how your team actually processes orders.

Shipping method and zone rules

Estimated dates adjust based on the shipping option a customer picks and their location, including shipping zones and addresses.

Product level overrides

Turn off the global rules for specific products and give them their own delivery times to handle special items or slower suppliers.

Cart delivery summary

Show one consolidated estimate for everything in the cart, which helps when items use different shipping methods or zones.

Shortcode and localized formats

Place estimates anywhere on product or checkout pages with the [wpced] shortcode, and display dates in local language formats with custom messages.

Questions about WPC Estimated Delivery Date Premium

Can I set different delivery times for certain products?

Yes. You can apply global delivery rules across the whole store, then disable those rules on individual products and give them their own minimum and maximum delivery days. This is useful for items that ship from a different place or take longer to prepare.

Does the estimate account for weekends and holidays?

It does. You can exclude weekends, holidays, vacation breaks and store closures from the calculation. Skipped dates can be recurring or special one-time dates, so the displayed delivery window counts only days when delivery actually happens.

Will the date change depending on the shipping option?

Yes. The estimated delivery date adjusts according to the shipping method the customer chooses, their shipping zone and their address. The cart page can also show a combined estimate when items fall under different methods or zones.

Can I show the delivery estimate somewhere other than the default spot?

You can use the [wpced] shortcode to place the estimated delivery information on product or checkout pages wherever you like. Delivery messages and date formats are also customizable, including local language formats.
