What it does
A personal site often has to do two jobs at once: act as a resume and serve as a portfolio. Building both from a general theme can mean a lot of piecing together. Josie handles this with ready-made sections for work experience, education, skills, projects, testimonials and contact details, so you can fill in your own content instead of designing a structure from scratch. The layout is clean and simple, which keeps attention on your work and career story.
You can adjust colors, fonts, layouts and sections without writing code, and drag-and-drop options make rearranging content straightforward. The theme is responsive, so pages adapt to desktops, tablets and phones. It is also translation ready and works with multilingual plugins, which helps if you want to present your portfolio in more than one language. Designers, developers, writers and consultants can all use it as a personal home for their professional profile.
Best for
- Freelancers who want a personal portfolio and resume site
- Designers, developers and writers presenting their projects
