This add-on places an autocomplete address field inside JetFormBuilder forms. It connects to the Google Places API with your own API key and shows up to five suggestions as the visitor types, filling the field with a standardized address once they choose one.

You can shape the results to match the form. Searches can be limited to one country or several, and results can be filtered by place type, such as geocode, address, establishment, regions or cities. Field labels, descriptions, slugs and default values are all editable, and the search widget can be styled in both Elementor and Gutenberg.
