What it does
Selling gift cards or coupons online often raises a timing problem. A buyer may want a gift card to arrive on a birthday, or you may want a promotional coupon to go out a few days after purchase. This add-on handles that by offering delivery with no delay, after a set interval, on a fixed date, or on a date the customer picks. Each email can carry the coupon or gift card as a PDF attachment that the recipient can keep and use.
The plugin works within WooCommerce and builds on the Flexible PDF Coupons PRO setup from WPDesk. You write email subjects and bodies in a rich text editor and drop in shortcodes such as {recipient_name}, {coupon_code} and {buyer_name} so each message is personalized automatically. At checkout, you can ask buyers for the recipient's name, email and a personal message. Shop managers can also edit the email templates, and settings can be changed whenever your campaigns need adjusting.

Can a customer choose when the gift card is delivered?
Yes. One of the delay options lets the customer define the delivery date at purchase, which suits gift cards meant for birthdays or holidays. You can also send immediately, after an interval, or on a fixed date you set.
