What it does
The default WooCommerce checkout asks every customer the same questions, which rarely matches how a real store works. Some shops need extra details such as delivery notes or company information, while others want fewer fields so buyers finish faster. This plugin lets you shape the checkout form around your own requirements without writing code, so you collect the information you need and leave out what you don't.
Fields are managed in a drag-and-drop editor where you add new ones, edit existing ones, remove the extras and set the order they appear in. You can choose from field types like text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdowns. Conditional logic shows or hides fields based on what a customer selects, and validation rules check entries before the order goes through.
