What it does
Many sites collect service inquiries through a contact form, then rebuild the details by hand in a separate invoicing tool. This addon closes that gap. When a visitor submits a Contact Form 7 form, the details go straight into GetPaid as a quote or invoice request. If the email address is new, a customer record is created automatically, and predefined items can be added to the request so the estimate starts with the right products or services.
The setup relies on field mapping, so you match your form fields to customer details such as name, business details, address and phone without writing code. Forms are placed with shortcodes wherever you need them. From the WordPress dashboard, admins can add or change items and send the final quote or invoice to the customer. Email alerts run through Contact Form 7's own notification system. It works alongside the GetPaid plugin, the GetPaid Quote addon and Contact Form 7.
