What it does
On a standard BuddyPress site, once a member posts an update or comment, a mistake stays there unless they delete it and start over. This plugin adds an edit option right on the activity stream. Members open a modal popup dialog, make their changes in a visual editor and save, without visiting the WordPress dashboard. The popup form is responsive, so editing works on phones and tablets as well as desktops.
Admins get control over how editing behaves. You can set editing permissions, choose how long members have to edit after posting, or enter zero to allow unlimited editing time. Administrators can also edit any activity or comment across the site from the front end, which helps with moderation. The plugin requires BuddyPress, works with BuddyPress themes, supports BP Nouveau and BuddyBoss, and can run on a single site or be network activated on multisite.
