What it does
Collecting feedback or testing what visitors know usually means bolting a separate survey tool onto your site. This add-on keeps that work inside Everest Forms, which it requires. You build surveys, polls and quizzes with the same drag-and-drop builder you already use for contact forms, choosing from multiple choice, checkbox, dropdown, rating scale and open-ended questions. Conditional logic shows or hides fields based on earlier answers, so each respondent only sees the questions that apply to them.
Once responses come in, poll and quiz results can be displayed right after submission, giving respondents immediate feedback. On the admin side, reporting and analysis tools help you read the data, and reports can be exported. You can accept anonymous entries or tie submissions to user accounts, and set participation limits to keep results clean. Styling options let forms match your site, they work on mobile devices, and collected data can be connected to email marketing and CRM tools for follow-ups.
