What it does
The default fields in a PDF coupon template only go so far. If you want a gift card to show a product attribute, a value saved in order meta or an answer a customer gave at checkout, you need a way to pull that data in. This add-on solves that by letting you define your own shortcodes, give them custom names and connect each one to a data source. The coupon then fills in the right value for each order.
Each shortcode can draw from the order, order meta, the product, product meta, product attributes, site settings or a callable function you write yourself. It also works with fields created in Flexible Product Fields and Flexible Checkout Fields. Once set up, your shortcodes appear inside the Flexible PDF Coupons PRO template editor, where you can place them with drag and drop. Setup needs no coding, and shop managers can change the settings too. WooCommerce is required.
