This add-on closes that gap by sending a BuddyPress notification the moment a member earns something through GamiPress. You decide what each notification says by editing notification patterns from the admin area, with no coding needed. Dynamic tags let you drop details into the message, such as the member's name or information about the achievement they earned, so each alert reads as personal recognition.
