What it does
GetPaid handles invoicing and payments inside WordPress, but many customers and accountants still expect a PDF file they can save, print or forward. This add-on fills that gap. Once it is running alongside GetPaid, a formatted PDF invoice is generated and attached to each invoice email sent to a customer, so the billing record arrives with the message and nobody has to export or attach files by hand.
The add-on also adds a download PDF button to the customer's invoice history, so past invoices stay easy to retrieve later. You can place your own content in the header and footer of the PDF, which is a good spot for branding, contact details or payment notes. It fits freelancers, agencies and businesses that already bill through GetPaid and want tidy paper-style records.
