What it does
Many businesses take inquiries through a contact form and then build quotes or invoices by hand, copying names, addresses and phone numbers from one screen to another. This plugin removes that step. It requires the GetPaid invoicing plugin and works with Gravity Forms, turning form submissions into quote or invoice requests inside GetPaid. It also works alongside the GetPaid Quote add-on when you want visitors to request quotes for approval.
Setup happens in your Gravity Forms settings, where you create a GetPaid feed and map form fields to GetPaid's invoice or quote fields. The only required field is the customer email address. When a new email comes in, a customer profile is created automatically. Optional fields such as customer name, business name, address and phone can be mapped too. After a submission, administrators can add items and send the document to the customer for approval or payment.
