What it does
Most points and ranking systems rely on automatic triggers or on admins noticing who deserves credit. This plugin adds a peer layer: members can nominate fellow users for achievements, ranks and points, and explain why in a notes field. That gives admins context for each decision and gives the community a direct way to recognize helpful people. Nominations land on an admin screen where you approve or reject them, so you keep control over what gets awarded.
You can place nomination forms with a shortcode, a block inside posts or pages, or a sidebar widget. Admins receive email notifications when new nominations come in. If you prefer less manual work, an auto-nomination option approves a nomination once a majority vote is reached. The add-on works on single sites and multisite networks, and it requires BuddyPress, which makes it a natural fit for community sites built on that plugin.
Best for
- BuddyPress community sites running myCred gamification
- Forums and online groups that reward helpful members
- Multisite networks wanting peer recognition across sites
