What it does
Many sites need a form that also takes money: an event registration, an order form for a few services, or a simple invoice. NEX-Forms ADD ON - PayPal PRO handles that inside the forms you already build with NEX-Forms. Through PayPal PRO, customers can enter card details such as Visa and MasterCard on your site, so they are not redirected elsewhere to finish paying. You configure your PayPal account settings once, choose a currency, and attach payment details to the forms that need them.
Billing can be as simple or as detailed as your offer requires. You can list multiple items in one transaction, set fixed quantities and amounts, or map form fields so the total follows what the visitor selects or types. A sandbox mode lets you test the whole flow without real money before switching to the live environment. After launch, you can follow successful, failed and pending payments, and automatic emails keep you and your customers informed before payment, on failure and on success.
Best for
- NEX-Forms users who want to collect payments through forms
- Event organizers taking paid registrations
- Small businesses sending invoices or selling a few services
Features
Itemized billing with multiple items
Add an unlimited number of items to a single transaction so customers see a clear breakdown of each product or service they are paying for.

Static item values
Set fixed prices and quantities for straightforward one-off products or standard pricing, with no field mapping needed.
Currency selection
Configure your overall PayPal settings in one place and pick from multiple currencies to suit customers in different countries.
Payment transaction tracking
Monitor the status of each payment, including successful, failed and pending transactions, so you know which submissions have been paid.
Payment stage email notifications
Send customizable emails automatically before payment, when a payment fails and when it succeeds, keeping both you and the customer updated.
Sandbox and live modes
Test payment flows in sandbox mode without moving real money, then switch to the live environment when everything works as expected.
On-site card payments
Accept credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard directly on your site through PayPal PRO, without redirecting customers away.
