What it does
Gravity Forms handles the logic of building forms well, but the default look rarely matches a site's branding out of the box. Styling forms by hand usually means writing custom CSS for every field type, which takes time and some technical comfort. This plugin gives you a set of ready-made form themes instead, so you can start from a finished design and change the details rather than building the styling yourself.
The themes are built specifically for Gravity Forms and apply to your existing form fields and setups. Once a theme is applied, you can modify colors, fonts, spacing and layout through a simple interface to line the form up with your brand. Every theme is responsive, so forms display properly on desktops, tablets and phones. It suits anyone who already relies on Gravity Forms and wants consistent, clean form design across a site.
Best for
- Sites already using Gravity Forms for contact or signup forms
- Freelancers styling client forms to match brand guidelines
- Site owners who want styled forms without writing CSS

Questions about Themes Addon
Does this work with forms I have already built in Gravity Forms?
Yes. The themes are designed specifically for Gravity Forms and work with existing form fields and setups, so you can apply a theme to forms you have already created instead of rebuilding them.
Can I change a theme to match my brand colors and fonts?
You can. Each theme is fully customizable, letting you modify colors, fonts, spacing and layout so the form lines up with your brand's look and feel. These changes are made through the interface without code.
Will the styled forms look right on phones?
All of the themes are responsive and mobile-friendly, so forms adjust to desktops, tablets and smartphones. Visitors filling out a form on a small screen still get a readable, usable layout.
Do I need Gravity Forms to use this plugin?
Yes. This is an add-on made for Gravity Forms, and its themes style forms built with that plugin. It is meant for sites that already use Gravity Forms to create their forms.
Is Themes Addon free?
The code of Themes Addon is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Themes Addon is this?
Version 1.6, released Jul 24, 2024. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update Themes Addon?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of Themes Addon automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
