What it does
On many classifieds sites, buyers who want to ask about a listing have to rely on contact forms, email or phone numbers posted in the ad. That pulls conversations off your site and exposes personal details. This integration places a private messaging option right on the listing, so a buyer can start a chat with the seller without leaving the page they are browsing.
The messaging itself runs on the Better Messages plugin, and this add-on ties it into your WPAdverts setup. Conversations happen in real time, users can send images, documents and other files, add emojis, and get live notifications when a new message arrives. The chat interface works on mobile devices, offers customizable settings for appearance and behavior, and supports multiple languages, which suits local marketplaces and niche classifieds communities alike.
