What it does
Many sites want people to submit content, such as guest posts, listings or news items, without giving everyone full access to the WordPress dashboard. This add-on handles that by connecting form submissions directly to posts. You build a form with the drag-and-drop builder, map its fields to post fields, custom fields and taxonomies, and each submission becomes a post. You decide the post type and whether new entries land as drafts, pending review or published.
It also works the other way, letting forms edit existing posts while keeping revision history in place. Conditional logic and validation control how the form behaves based on user input or user roles, and role-based access lets authors, editors and contributors work at different permission levels. Email notifications and other actions can run after a submission, which suits blogs, news portals and company sites with an editorial review process.

Do I need WS Form PRO to use this?
Yes. This is an extension of WS Form PRO, so it adds post creation and editing abilities to forms built with that form builder. It works inside the same drag-and-drop interface you use for your other forms.
Can submitted posts wait for approval before going live?
Yes. You can control the status a post receives when the form is submitted, including draft, pending or publish. Setting submissions to pending or draft lets an editor review the content before it appears on the site.
Does it work with custom post types and custom fields?
It does. You can target standard posts or custom post types, and map form fields to post fields, custom fields, taxonomies and featured images. It also supports custom JetEngine relationships.
Can users edit posts they already submitted?
