What it does
The default WooCommerce review form gives shoppers a single star rating and a text box. That leaves little room for useful detail, such as whether a shirt runs small or how a supplement tastes. This plugin lets you set rating criteria like size, quality, material or taste, and you can build separate review boxes for different products, categories or tags so each item gets questions that make sense for it.
It also helps you collect more reviews. Follow-up emails ask customers to review what they bought, and you can attach discount coupons as an incentive or reward people who reach a set number of reviews. On the storefront, reviews appear in a responsive section with filters, media galleries, voting and graphical rating bars, and shortcodes and blocks let you place reviews on your homepage or a testimonials page. WooCommerce is required.
